These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of this app and any related services provided by PantaLabs (the "operator"). Please read them carefully - by installing or using this app you agree to be bound by these Terms together with the Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using this app, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to either, do not use the app and uninstall it from your device. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you must be at least 16 years of age, subject to any lower threshold set by your member state. If you are located in the Republic of Korea, you must be at least 14 years of age. Where you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the app only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Use of the App
The app is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control. You agree not to: - copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except to the extent these acts cannot be lawfully restricted under applicable law; - redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or rent the app or any part of it; - use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose; - interfere with or circumvent any security, technical, or rate-limiting feature of the app or its associated services; - attempt to tamper with the in-app purchase entitlement state, advertising consent state, or other integrity-bearing data; - use automated tools (scripts, scrapers, bots) to interact with the app outside intended user input.
No Accounts
This app does not require you to create an account or to provide a name, email address, or password. Your data, preferences, and purchase entitlements are stored on your device. Because there is no account, the operator cannot recover content lost when you uninstall the app, switch devices, or clear app storage, except for in-app purchases that the platform store enables you to restore (see the In-App Purchases section).
Intellectual Property
The app, including all code, design, user-interface elements, illustrations, copy, sound, and trademarks contained in it, is owned by the operator or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Except for the limited license to use the app granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. The name "PantaLabs" and any related logos are trademarks of the operator; you may not use them without prior written permission, except as necessary to identify the app fairly.
In-App Purchases
Where the app offers in-app purchases, the following applies: - All purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play Billing; the operator does not handle your payment information. - Prices are displayed in your local currency by the store at the time of purchase and include any taxes the store calculates on the operator's behalf. The operator does not control currency conversion or local tax rates. - A non-consumable purchase (for example, an ad-removal upgrade) is tied to the store account that made the purchase. On iOS, you can re-download a previous purchase on the same Apple ID using the in-app "Restore Purchases" function, in accordance with App Store Review Guideline 3.1.1. - A subscription, if offered, will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, as required by Apple App Store Guideline 3.1.2(a) and Google Play subscription policy. You can cancel a subscription at any time through your store account settings. - Refunds are handled by the platform that processed the payment, under that platform's published refund policy. Where the law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal - for example, the EU Consumer Rights Directive's 14-day right for digital content - that right applies subject to the directive's exceptions for digital content that has been performed with your prior express consent.
Advertising
This app is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob, except where you have purchased an ad-removal upgrade. Advertising lets the operator offer the core experience at no charge. The operator does not control the specific creative shown in any given ad slot and does not endorse advertised products or services. If you believe an ad violates Google's advertising policies, you can report it through the in-ad menu or to Google directly.
Third-Party Services
The app depends on third-party services to function: the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play), the platform's billing system, Google AdMob, and Firebase. The operator is not responsible for outages, defects, or policy changes in those services. If a third-party service becomes unavailable, the affected feature of the app may also become unavailable. The operator will use reasonable efforts to adapt the app to material third-party changes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind - whether express, implied, or statutory - to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The operator disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. The operator does not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, that bugs or errors will be corrected, or that the app is free of harmful components. Mandatory consumer warranties under applicable law are not excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app or these Terms is limited to the greater of (i) the amount you actually paid for the app or for in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim, and (ii) ten US dollars (USD 10.00) or its equivalent in your local currency. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited - including liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or as required by EU consumer-protection rules or any other mandatory law applicable to you.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the app. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app and ceasing to use any associated services. The operator may suspend or terminate your right to use the app - for example, by withdrawing the app from a store, ceasing to support an outdated version, or shutting the service down entirely - at any time, with or without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The Seoul Central District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute, unless mandatory consumer-protection law assigns jurisdiction to the courts where you live. Nothing in this section deprives EU/EEA, UK, or California consumers of the protections of mandatory rules of their habitual residence, including the right to bring proceedings in their local courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Changes to These Terms
The operator may update these Terms when the app or applicable law changes meaningfully. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted in-app where reasonable. Continued use of the app after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the app.
