Pick the sounds you want, layer them, and fall asleep to a mix that is yours. Tap a sound and it starts; tap another and the two play together, each with its own volume slider.

How it works

  1. 1Tap any sound to start it. Tap another and both play together.
  2. 2Open the volume panel and set every layer on its own dial - rain in front, ocean underneath.
  3. 3Choose a sleep timer from 5 to 120 minutes, or let the adaptive timer fade early once you stop moving.
  4. 4The screen goes dark for the session and shows only the countdown and a stop button.
