Milestride
A finish line for every long-term goal, and a review on the day you set
Long-term goals with a finish line, a visible pace and a review on your set day.

Long-term goals rarely fail in one day. They fade over weeks. Milestride keeps each goal in front of you: a finish line, a pace you can see, habits that move it, and a review on the day you choose.
How it works
- 1Give a goal a finish line: a number to reach or checkpoints to clear, with a target date.
- 2Link habits to the goal and check them off from the home screen. Every check adds to that goal's habit rate for the week.
- 3A mark on the progress bar shows where you should be today, so you know if you are on pace or behind pace.
- 4Pick a weekday and a time for your review. When the day comes, Milestride sends a reminder.
- 5The weekly review has three steps: check in on results, look back, and choose this week's steps. Monthly, quarterly and year-end reviews follow the same thread.
Why Milestride
- You see pace, not just ticks. The mark on each progress bar shows where the goal should be today.
- Daily habits count toward the long-term result. Every check adds to its goal's habit rate for the week.
- A review on the day you set brings the goal back in front of you before it fades, and quarterly and year-end reviews ask whether to keep going, change it or let it go.
- Nothing resets after a gap. A restart card helps you begin this week again.
- No account. Your goals, journal lines and review answers stay on your phone.

Frequently asked questions
Does Milestride cost anything?
Every feature is open to everyone. Milestride is supported by ads: a banner and an ad when you open the app. On iOS, a one-time purchase removes the ads. There is no subscription and no Pro plan. On Android there is nothing to buy, and the ads stay.
Who is it for?
Anyone with a goal that takes months, such as reading more books, training for a race or building savings, who wants to see whether it is on pace and keep daily habits tied to it. It is a self-management tool for long-term goals.
Do I need an account, and where are my records kept?
No account. Your goals, journal lines and review answers are stored on this device and are not uploaded to a server. To move to a new phone, export a backup file yourself and bring it back there. You can also export your records to CSV. If you send feedback from inside the app, what you write reaches us along with the app version, OS version, device model and language.
How long does it take?
First setup is five short steps. After that you check off habits right on the home screen, and the weekly review is three steps: check in on results, look back, and choose this week's steps.
Which platforms is it on?
Milestride is available on Android and iPhone, in ten languages: English, Korean, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
